About the Role

The position is based in Pune, India, located at Office 201‑207, 2nd floor A Wing, City Point. The role involves preparing a business plan for the assigned area, planning and scheduling jobs with the team, and overseeing monthly completion plans. The incumbent will monitor construction jobs, conduct site visits, handle completions, interact with clients, follow up on AMT, submit BPR, and collect fixed payments while ensuring 100% safety and quality. Collaboration with sales staff to meet customer requirements and leading review meetings to track project progress are also key duties. Additional duties include conducting field education training, performing safety audits and jobsite inspections, developing site safety and logistics plans, coordinating material deliveries, and forecasting labor resources to ensure successful project delivery and efficiency improvements. • Prepare business plan for the assigned area of operations. • Plan and schedule jobs in consultation with the team, including monthly completion planning. • Monitor construction jobs against schedule and conduct regular site visits. • Manage construction completions, client interactions, AMT follow‑up, BPR submission, and collection of fixed payments. • Ensure 100 % adherence to safety and quality standards. • Collaborate with sales staff to meet customer requirements. • Lead review meetings to monitor project progress. • Conduct field education training and maintain a safe working environment. • Perform field safety audits, jobsite inspections, and develop site safety/logistics plans. • Coordinate material deliveries from the factory. • Forecast and schedule labor resources to ensure successful project completion and efficiency improvements. • Analyze situations and develop contingencies for estimates.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a degree or diploma in an engineering discipline, possess strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills, be self‑motivated, and be able to manage multiple simultaneous projects. Strong leadership, goal orientation, decision‑making, time‑management and organizational abilities are required, with 5+ years of elevator industry experience preferred. • Hold a degree or diploma in an engineering discipline. • Demonstrate strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. • Be self‑motivated and capable of managing multiple simultaneous projects. • Exhibit strong leadership, goal‑orientation, decision‑making, time‑management and organizational skills. • Preferred: 5+ years of experience in the elevator industry.
