About the Role
Partnering closely with Sales and senior leaders, you will drive commercial outcomes, support investment and capital‑raising activities, and ensure delivery of strategic and financial targets. The role works with Lumea and Transgrid’s Executive and Finance leadership teams and reports to Director level, acting as a trusted advisor on strategy, business planning and investment decisions while fostering a high‑performance finance culture.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate will hold a relevant degree or equivalent experience, possess CPA, CA or CFA qualifications, and have strong finance leadership experience. They will demonstrate analytical, communication and problem‑solving skills, an understanding of the National Electricity Market and renewable‑energy transmission, and a commitment to safety, ethical practice, diversity and inclusion. • Degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field (or equivalent experience) • CPA, CA or CFA qualification; postgraduate qualifications highly regarded • Strong finance leadership experience with proven ability to influence senior stakeholders • Deep commercial acumen and expertise in financial modelling for investment and strategic decisions • Understanding of the National Electricity Market, renewable energy and transmission infrastructure • Strong analytical, communication and problem‑solving skills • Delivery‑focused, commercially minded approach with high standards of governance, data integrity and transparency
