About the Role

Key duties include identifying opportunities, presenting service contracts, and meeting growth targets in the assigned market. The manager must understand customer and market conditions to craft tailored offers and work closely with local operations to align equipment and field‑technician capabilities. The position also requires generating and qualifying new client leads, collaborating with modernization and digital IoT sales teams for technical expertise, and partnering with branch account managers to onboard and transition new accounts. Otis sales tools and the CRM system are used to track opportunities, manage the pipeline, and provide accurate forecasts. • Prospect, sell, and negotiate service contracts using differentiated presentations. • Achieve aggressive growth targets to expand the maintenance portfolio in the assigned market. • Analyze customer and market conditions to present tailored service offers. • Coordinate with local operations to align equipment and field‑technician capabilities. • Create and pursue new client leads to drive revenue. • Work with modernization and IoT sales groups to deliver technical solutions. • Assist branch account managers in onboarding and transitioning new customers. • Track opportunities and forecast sales using Otis tools and the CRM. • Oversee several projects simultaneously with Microsoft‑based tools.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree and demonstrate strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills. They should be aggressive, self‑motivated, capable of handling multiple projects, comfortable with Microsoft‑based software, and possess excellent time‑management and organizational abilities; 2‑4 years of sales experience is preferred. • Bachelor’s degree required; 2–4 years sales background preferred. • Exhibit excellent presentation and communication abilities.

Benefits

The compensation range is $60,000 to $85,000, adjusted for education, experience, location, performance, and business needs.
