Job Highlights
About the Role
• Assist with daily porter tasks such as service requests and community jobs. • Respond promptly to maintenance issues. • Perform general carpentry work, including wallboard, window/glass, door/lock repairs, painting, and exterior repairs. • Verify work order accuracy and timely completion to company standards and tenant satisfaction. • Ensure maintenance requests are completed within 24 hours; notify property manager and resident if delayed. • Communicate promptly with the property manager about all maintenance issues.

What You Bring
• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent. • Possess at least five years of property management or related experience. • Have general knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance repair. • Ability to read, write, and understand English. • Ability to use standard office equipment (telephone, computer, printer, copier, etc.).
