About the Role

• Perform job‑site analysis, troubleshoot issues, and support contractors with NIPG product quality assurance, product claims, and building diagnostics. • Manage customer contacts and develop relationships, providing guidance on detailing and installation practices for NIPG products. • Deliver installation training to installers and contractors. • Conduct warranty inspections and produce detailed field reports. • Ensure code compliance and assess the impact of installation processes on IMP products. • Communicate observations, maintain records, and collaborate with peers and management to achieve optimal outcomes.

What You Bring

The role requires the ability to work safely at heights, including climbing ladders, scaffolds, and stairs up to 100 ft and spending extended periods on roofs. • Understand detailing and installation procedures to correctly connect IMP to building envelopes. • Safely ascend/descend ladders, scaffolds, and stairs up to 100 ft and work at heights for extended periods, including roof work. • High School Diploma or GED; willingness to travel up to 60% of the time. • Minimum two years of hands‑on field experience installing IMP systems. • Technical associate or bachelor’s degree in building science or envelope construction (preferred). • Experience in construction‑related project management (preferred). • Proficiency with photographic equipment and diagnostic tools (preferred). • Five years of experience in the IMP construction industry (preferred). • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and installation drawings (preferred). • Basic understanding of building science and envelope construction (preferred).
