About the Role

The Front Desk Agent serves as the primary point of contact for the building, overseeing communications, visitor reception, and record‑keeping while supporting security functions. The role demands a friendly demeanor, strong multitasking abilities, and adherence to emergency and access‑control protocols. • Monitors Emergency Response System. • Greets and directs Residents, guests and invitees. • Monitors and controls Electronic Security Control Systems. • Responds to emergency situations in a timely and efficient manner. • Monitors and controls access to the building. • Maintains daily log, records and forms. • Resolves and follows-up on all complaints/issues. • Maintains a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property(s). • Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment.

What You Bring

Successful candidates must be punctual, have reliable transportation, and possess at least 1–2 years of front‑desk experience; hospitality experience or related coursework is preferred. A high school diploma or equivalency is required, along with intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel) and effective written and verbal communication in English; Spanish fluency is a plus. Strong customer‑service, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential. Physical requirements include the ability to lift 30–50 lb, stand or sit for long periods, and move objects with hands and arms. The position may require extended hours, weekends, and rapid response to emergencies.
