What You Bring
We are seeking Community Association Managers who thrive on handling diverse challenges, tasks, and personalities each day. In this role you will oversee the operations of assigned homeowner or condo associations and act as the primary liaison between Heritage Property Management Services and each association’s board of directors. The position demands organization, flexibility, strong verbal and written communication, and a proactive, professional demeanor. You will also be expected to mentor boards, manage vendors, coordinate support services, and handle financial management and budgeting. A college degree or specialized vocational/technical training is preferred, with coursework in real estate and designations such as CAM, CPM, CMCA, or AMS being advantageous. Candidates must hold a Georgia Real Estate CAM license, broker license, or real‑estate agent license. Proficiency with PC applications, especially spreadsheets, is required. You must be able to analyze monthly financial statements, create detailed budgets and operating forecasts, identify variances, determine causes, and recommend action plans to the board. Strong analytical judgment and discretion are essential for success. Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills are required, along with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively. The role calls for independent project leadership as well as effective teamwork, even when working remotely, while maintaining high accuracy, attention to detail, and professional appearance.
