About the Role

The associate will be responsible for prospecting, building, and maintaining relationships with customers, achieving or exceeding sales objectives, and acting as a technical sales consultant within the assigned territory. They will manage both territory sales and margin growth, nurture accounts to drive modernization projects, resolve customer concerns with solution‑based sales, and collaborate with the branch business development team to identify proactive opportunities. What You Bring

Successful candidates bring at least five years of outside sales experience, preferably in industrial or technical environments, and have a proven record in B2C or B2B sales. Strong written and verbal communication, a customer‑centric mindset, self‑motivation, and the ability to manage multiple projects are essential.
