About the Role

• Collaborate with Maintenance and Production teams to enhance safety and optimize fabrication processes. • Train team members across locations to ensure consistent performance and knowledge sharing. • Troubleshoot and improve process and equipment using engineering principles, algorithms, and techniques. • Develop and implement hardware and software improvement plans. • Provide support outside normal business hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed. • Assist with regional maintenance initiatives and foster cross‑site collaboration. • Travel regularly to other regional NRF locations to identify improvement opportunities, resolve issues, and share best practices. • Work in noisy, dusty, hot, or cold conditions.

What You Bring
