About the Role
Join us as a Civil and Plant Operator, applying your technical skills to maintain, repair and construct substation and transmission line assets, including those supporting renewable energy. You’ll work across critical infrastructure projects and incident response, contributing to a team that prioritises safety, teamwork and high‑quality delivery. You’ll operate civil and plant equipment across transmission assets while ensuring all tools, equipment and safety documentation are prepared for planned work. You’ll support estimating, planning and site readiness, communicate clearly with field coordinators and stakeholders, maintain accurate records, report on all field activities, and deliver high‑quality work safely, on time and within budget. You will also participate in a standby roster to assist with after‑hours incident response.
