About the Role
On a typical day the Account Manager will manage a portfolio of elevator units, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. They act as the primary contact for timely resolution of inquiries and actively develop new customers through cold calling, networking, bids, and tenders. The role also involves creating a personal sales strategy, tracking opportunities with Otis sales tools, negotiating and closing deals, and collaborating with fellow sales and field colleagues. • Manage elevator portfolio and maintain relationships with existing customers. • Serve as primary contact to resolve customer inquiries promptly. • Generate new business through cold calling, networking, bids, and tenders. • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet targets. • Track opportunities, pipeline, and forecasts using Otis sales tools. • Conduct negotiations and close maintenance and repair contracts. • Collaborate with sales reps and field colleagues.

What You Bring
Success in this role requires a business or technical degree—or equivalent training as a technician or technical business administrator—and at least three years of relevant experience. Candidates should have prior experience selling technical service agreements in a consultative manner, strong customer‑service orientation, and excellent interpersonal skills. A high level of commitment, reliability, and a target‑focused, fast‑paced work style are also essential. • Hold a business or technical degree, or equivalent technician/technical admin training. • Have at least three years of relevant work experience. • Possess experience selling technical service agreements with a consultative approach. • Demonstrate strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills. • Show high commitment, reliability, and a target‑driven mindset. • Ability to work quickly in a complex corporate environment.
