About the Role

The primary objective is to maintain a portfolio of customers by delivering excellent service and managing accounts while also selling incremental repair projects. On a typical day the Account Manager oversees elevator units, serves as the main point of contact for customer needs, crafts sales strategies, leverages internal tools for pipeline management, negotiates deals and works alongside colleagues in sales and field operations. • Manage a portfolio of elevator units and maintain relationships with existing customers • Act as the primary contact to resolve customer inquiries promptly • Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve targets • Utilize Otis sales tools to track opportunities, pipeline, and forecasts • Conduct negotiations and close repair project deals • Collaborate with sales representatives and field colleagues • Participate in intensive training on technology, processes, and soft skills

What You Bring
