About the Role

• Perform routine preventive maintenance to keep building systems efficient and prevent deterioration • Carry out carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs • Clean and repair fixtures such as lights, locks, windows, doors, screens, walls, floors, gutters, and drains • Operate and maintain equipment and systems as needed • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers and clients • Apply OSHA worksite and personal safety standards • Follow state or local governmental safety requirements • Provide professional customer service • Follow company policies, procedures, and forms • Manage time and prioritize tasks critically • Work outdoors year‑round with frequent standing, walking, lifting, and powered equipment use • Safely operate, climb, and work on ladders up to 24‑28 ft • Use smartphone and email for daily operations and expense reports • Drive a vehicle between locations • Perform motions such as sitting, standing, bending, pulling/pushing, grasping, twisting, reaching above shoulder, walking, stooping, kneeling, and climbing

We are seeking a reliable individual with a passion for ensuring a safe and well‑maintained living environment for our homeowners. • Know general maintenance documentation, safety, reporting, and regulations • Understand electrical and plumbing codes and maintenance requirements • Demonstrate professional phone, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills • Interpret and complete verbal or written instructions proficiently • Be self‑motivated, proactive, detail‑oriented, and a team player • Exposure to rain, heat, or cold conditions • Minimum of 2+ years maintenance experience required • Lift and carry up to 20 lb frequently • Input data with hands and fingers and communicate verbally as needed
