What You Bring
As an HVAC Maintenance Technician, you will be a vital part of our team, responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance. This role requires a strong foundation in refrigeration and HVAC, as well as experience in both maintenance and installation. Your expertise in construction, HVAC design, and service technician experience will be essential in completing installations and system upgrades as needed. Additionally, your skills in mechanical knowledge, appliance repair, and property maintenance will contribute to the reliable operation of our heating and cooling systems. • Work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating with the team as required • Experience working with heat pumps • Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in appliance repair • Familiarity with HVAC system diagnostics, including meters and gauges • Knowledge of reclaiming and recharging HVAC systems
