About the Role

The Front Desk Agent must be impeccably mannered and discreet, serving as the primary point of contact for visitors, vendors, and residents. This role involves greeting guests, verifying access to units, and acting as the gatekeeper for the residence. Key duties include greeting vendors, residents, and their guests; coordinating deliveries of packages, flowers, and restaurant food; monitoring security cameras and exterior doors to maintain a secure environment; controlling guest and vendor access to residential floors; roaming the building premises and handling resident packages; collaborating with other building staff to meet resident and guest needs; ensuring the front desk area remains professional and clean; following all safety and security policies; handling crisis situations such as emergencies or fires; and answering the telephone clearly and professionally. • Greet visitors, vendors, residents, and guests • Verify and grant access to units and residential floors • Coordinate and log deliveries of packages, flowers, and food • Monitor security cameras and exterior doors for safety • Patrol building premises and handle resident package distribution • Collaborate with maintenance and property management teams • Maintain a clean and professional front desk environment • Follow all safety, security, and emergency procedures • Answer telephone calls with clear, professional communication • Perform detailed record‑keeping in the property management system • Maintain confidentiality of resident and guest information • Prioritize tasks efficiently and work with minimal supervision

What You Bring

Essential qualifications are a high school diploma or equivalent, fluency in English (both verbal and non‑verbal), basic arithmetic skills, and the ability to communicate legibly. The candidate must demonstrate attention to detail, speed, accuracy, strong prioritization, clear thinking under pressure, confidentiality, and proficiency with property management or point‑of‑sale computer systems. Desirable attributes include some college or hospitality training and prior experience as a Front Desk Agent. This is a full‑time position. Preferred experience includes two years of customer service and two years in a spa environment. High school education is required; additional languages such as Spanish, Russian, or Portuguese are a plus.
