About the Role

The Accounts Receivable Clerk accurately services accounts receivable by inputting and maintaining data in the accounts receivable, claims, and other systems. The role involves various tasks to ensure timely and accurate processing of customer payments and invoices. • Apply customer payments, including lockbox, ACH, wire, and journal voucher payments. • Load invoice files and related information into the accounts receivable system. • Send customer billing statements, delinquency notices, invoices, claim information, or any data needed for collection. • Create credit memos, debit memos, and manual trade and non‑trade invoices as needed. • Work with customers, sales, shipping, and quality teams to resolve AR issues. • Provide administrative assistance for obtaining bank and trade references, opening new customer accounts, controlling delinquency, and processing claims. • Comply with internal control objectives.
