About the Role
The Front Desk Agent is responsible for greeting visitors, verifying access, and acting as the gatekeeper of the residences. The role requires strong customer‑service skills, initiative, and the ability to provide high‑level resident support while roving the building and handling packages. Key duties include greeting vendors, residents, and their guests; coordinating deliveries of packages, flowers, and restaurant food; monitoring security cameras, exterior doors, and controlling guest and vendor access to residential floors; patrolling the premises; collaborating with other building staff; reviewing daily front‑desk procedures and facilitating communication between unit owners, maintenance, and property management; maintaining a professional and clean front‑desk environment; following all safety and security policies; handling crisis situations such as emergencies or fire; answering the telephone clearly and professionally; and performing other duties as assigned by management. • Greet visitors, vendors, residents, and guests while verifying access to units. • Coordinate deliveries of packages, flowers, and restaurant food. • Monitor security cameras, exterior doors, and control guest/vendor floor access. • Patrol building premises and manage resident package handling. • Collaborate with building staff to address resident and guest needs. • Maintain a clean, professional front‑desk area and follow safety/security procedures. • Respond to emergencies, fire situations, and other crisis events. • Answer telephone calls clearly and professionally. • Perform administrative tasks using property‑management and point‑of‑sale systems.

What You Bring
Essential requirements are a high‑school diploma or equivalent, basic arithmetic skills, and fluency in English both verbally and non‑verbally. Candidates must demonstrate attention to detail, speed, accuracy, prioritization, calm problem‑solving, ability to follow directions, teamwork, minimal supervision, confidentiality, and proficiency with property‑management and point‑of‑sale computer systems. Desirable qualifications include some college or hospitality training and prior front‑desk experience. This is a full‑time position. Preferred experience includes 2 years of customer service and 2 years in a spa setting. High school education is required; English is mandatory, while Spanish, Russian, or Portuguese are preferred languages. • Essential qualifications: high‑school diploma, English fluency, basic math, and strong communication. • Demonstrate attention to detail, prioritization, calm problem‑solving, and teamwork with minimal supervision. • Desired: hospitality training or college coursework and prior front‑desk experience.
