About the Role
On a typical day the engineer balances strategic planning with execution, develops end‑to‑end understanding of software products, and builds rapid proofs of concept with data scientists and business stakeholders. Responsibilities include deploying high‑quality production code, refactoring for efficiency, documenting processes, and leveraging Azure DevOps, MLflow, Databricks, and the Azure cloud platform to manage code and model lifecycles. The role also requires quick task turnaround, proactive follow‑up, and close collaboration on feature engineering while continuously learning new technologies. • Deploy and maintain production‑grade machine learning code using Azure DevOps, MLflow, and Databricks. • Build rapid proofs of concept and demonstrations in collaboration with data scientists and stakeholders. • Refactor code for efficiency and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes. • Manage version control and model lifecycles on the Azure cloud platform. • Execute tasks with quick turnaround and proactively follow up to ensure continuity. • Collaborate on feature engineering and quickly adopt new technologies.

What You Bring
Success in this role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, and at least seven years of Python programming experience. Candidates must have proven expertise with Azure DevOps, MLflow, the Azure cloud ecosystem, and Databricks, as well as a track record of deploying production‑grade ML code. Strong communication, independent work capability, problem‑solving skills, and a willingness to learn are essential. • Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/Engineering with 7+ years of Python programming experience. • Demonstrate strong communication, independent work capability, and problem‑solving abilities.
