About the Role
The role oversees the receiving area and freight elevator, ensuring safety, orderliness, and cleanliness. It includes verifying licenses, insurances, and permits for service providers, enforcing parking and association regulations, and maintaining secure, unblocked access to the receiving office. The incumbent schedules freight elevator usage for resident moves, registers deliveries, issues parking and ID passes, monitors contractor activity, completes reports, and adheres to safety protocols. • Maintain safety, orderliness, and cleanliness of the receiving area and freight elevator. • Verify licenses, insurances, and permits for all service providers and contractors. • Enforce parking regulations and association rules. • Ensure the receiving area office is never left unattended or unlocked. • Prevent the receiving area from being blocked. • Schedule the freight elevator for resident moves in accordance with policy. • Register all deliveries and packages (FedEx, UPS, DHL, registered mail). • Report problems to the supervisor, including issues beyond scope of responsibility. • Issue parking passes to approved vehicles. • Register and distribute ID passes to contractors. • Monitor entry and exit of service and repair contractors via logs. • Complete required reports accurately and timely. • Follow all safety precautions while performing work. • Maintain a safe work environment at all times.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a high school diploma or equivalent and preferably have prior experience with receiving operations. Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal abilities are essential, along with effective written and verbal skills.
