About the Role

Operational duties include conducting annual equipment surveys of elevators, planning preventive repair schedules, performing NIS for new construction and modernization jobs, leading toolbox talks, and promoting safety awareness through fatality preventive audits and safety demonstrations. The incumbent will prepare monthly and quarterly review reports, ensure timely closure of repair orders, monitor and reduce callback rates, conduct random quality checks, and adhere to EH&S policies, aiming for zero accidents and completing corrective actions from audits and risk assessments. Client-facing responsibilities involve regular meetings to build rapport, communication with examiners, handling contract renewals, quotations, price negotiations, and managing conversions, acquisitions, recoveries, invoice follow‑ups and material coordination with stores. • Coordinate with employees and customers, gather daily feedback and plan schedules. • Conduct annual elevator equipment surveys and schedule preventive repairs. • Perform NIS for new construction and modernization projects. • Lead toolbox talks and safety audits to promote safe work practices. • Prepare monthly and quarterly review reports and ensure timely closure of repair orders. • Monitor and reduce callback rates, focusing on top recurring issues. • Conduct random quality checks and adhere to EH&S policies aiming for zero incidents. • Participate in incident investigations, RQC and safety meetings, and implement corrective actions. • Manage client relationships, handle contract renewals, quotations, and price negotiations. • Oversee conversions, acquisitions, recoveries, invoicing, and material requisition with stores.

What You Bring

Required education and experience include a diploma or BE in engineering with 5‑8 years in elevator service, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, an assertive and proactive attitude, and the ability to manage high‑profile key customers; prior elevator industry experience is desirable. • Diploma or BE in Engineering with 5–8 years of elevator service experience. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; assertive, proactive, results‑oriented. • Ability to manage high‑profile key customers; prior elevator industry experience desirable.
