About the Role

Based in Doha, Qatar, the Branch Operations Manager will oversee all day‑to‑day activities for the assigned service branch, including field operations, sales, and administration. The role focuses on expanding the portfolio within the area while delivering efficient and high‑quality customer service. • Align financial and strategic planning to achieve Otis Middle East business objectives. • Implement branch development plans, launch new products/services, and streamline internal processes. • Monitor and control branch operations and administration to maximize efficiency and customer service quality. • Support new equipment and service sales leads, pursue sales opportunities, and maintain client relationships. • Foster a service‑oriented, performance‑driven culture that meets service quality targets. • Ensure field operations comply with service quality and EH&S standards. • Drive customer service improvement initiatives across all touch points. • Lead customer complaint handling, resolve escalated issues, and enhance satisfaction. • Manage change initiatives to adopt improved operational processes and procedures. • Develop a continuous talent pipeline and mentor high‑potential team members.

What You Bring
