About the Role
The manager will oversee the new‑equipment business, handling field operations, customer satisfaction, and overall business management for the branch. This position requires coordinating material deliveries, supervising construction mechanics, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, co‑workers, and local authorities. • Direct and supervise field operations for new‑equipment installations. • Lead construction mechanics and installation teams on job sites. • Conduct field safety training, audits, and develop site safety/logistics plans. • Perform job‑site inspections and coordinate material deliveries and purchase orders. • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, co‑workers, and authorities. • Forecast labor resources, schedule projects, and improve operational efficiencies. • Analyze project situations, develop contingency estimates, and manage change orders. • Administer contracts, billing, consultant and contractor payments, and RFIs. • Provide comprehensive medical, prescription, dental, and vision coverage. • Provide voluntary benefits such as legal, pet, home, and auto insurance options. • Recognize service anniversaries and provide spot performance bonus opportunities. • Deliver intensive training in technology, processes, and soft skills with mentorship.

What You Bring
• Require 5+ years of elevator industry or similar field‑lead experience. • Demonstrate strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. • Self‑motivated with ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects. • Proficient in Microsoft‑based software within a technical environment. • Exhibit strong leadership, decision‑making, time‑management, and organizational abilities. • Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred.
