About the Role

The field executive will oversee a portfolio of elevator units within a designated territory, ensuring timely maintenance, rapid response to breakdowns, and minor repairs to keep the equipment running. Direct interaction with customers on‑site helps build strong working relationships. • Perform 100% of elevator maintenance and service visits within assigned territory. • Manage portfolio of elevators in defined geographical area. • Conduct minor repairs to keep units operational. • Liaise directly with customers on‑site to build good relationships. • Prioritize safety and act as a committed professional. • Receive long‑term contract with market‑leading, crisis‑proof company.

What You Bring

Successful candidates must hold the local maintenance mechanic qualifications and a driver’s licence, possess at least three years of elevator industry experience, and have solid electrical engineering skills. They should be safety‑focused, communicative, adaptable, and comfortable using digital tools, whether working independently or as part of a team. • Respond quickly to breakdowns aiming for first‑time fix. • Hold required maintenance mechanic qualifications and driver’s licence. • Minimum three years experience in the elevator sector. • Demonstrate strong electrical and electrical‑engineering skills. • Communicate effectively with others. • Show curiosity, adaptability and ability to work independently or in a team. • Use electronic and digital tools comfortably. • Intensive training in technology, processes and soft skills.
