About the Role
The Wellness Associate greets residents and guests, escorts them to the fitness center, pool, locker rooms, juice bar, and aquatic center, and provides courteous, professional service while maintaining clean and well‑stocked facilities. Standard duties include adhering to One Thousand Museums' policies, completing opening and closing checklists, conducting thorough walkthroughs, reporting equipment issues, and collaborating respectfully with coworkers, supervisors, and managers. • Greet and escort residents/guests to fitness, pool, locker rooms, juice bar, and aquatic center. • Provide courteous, professional service while maintaining clean, well‑stocked facilities. • Enforce wellness rules, safety, and hygiene standards. • Explain operation of fitness equipment, spa lockers, meditation chairs, and studio speakers. • Manage inventory of towels, robes, and amenities; issue and restock as needed. • Complete opening/closing checklists and conduct area walkthroughs. • Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards promptly. • Collaborate professionally with coworkers, supervisors, and managers. • Follow One Thousand Museum policies, employee handbook, and conduct standards. • Attend training, meetings, and adapt to changing department needs. • Utilize department computer systems and provide information on spa treatments and products.

What You Bring
Candidates should have prior spa or wellness experience, preferably in luxury hospitality, strong communication skills, and knowledge of wellness treatments. The role requires physical stamina for lifting up to 50 lb, standing for full shifts, and working varied hours, including weekends and holidays. • Prior spa or wellness experience; luxury hospitality background preferred. • Knowledge of wellness and healing treatments; strong communication and attention to detail. • Ability to lift/push/pull/carry up to 50 lb, walk, bend, kneel, climb stairs, and stand for full shifts. • Work varied hours, including weekends and holidays; wear required protective gear.
