About the Role

As a Senior Community Association Manager, you will provide overall supervision of a community association, interacting with homeowners, vendors, board members, committee members, and Associa staff. Success in this role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Supervise association operations and administration per management agreement and policies. • Act as primary liaison with the Board of Directors and homeowners. • Direct administrative and management tasks requested by the Board. • Develop and utilize community management tools such as calendars, action item lists, and resolution worksheets. • Review monthly financial reports and submit management summaries to the Board. • Advise the Board on major capital expenditures to maintain community appearance. • Monitor delinquency rates and manage collections for the portfolio. • Attend Board meetings and community events as required. • Prepare Board packages within established timelines. • Notify the Board of any legal actions involving the Association. • Maintain unit and contract files related to Association operations. • Assist with architectural review processes and routine inspections. • Update resident information in the C3 database. • Manage routine and special project vendors, including procurement and performance evaluation. • Oversee Associa staff according to contract provisions. • Coordinate inspections of building facilities and common areas, and follow up on required actions. • Oversee the accounts‑payable process in accordance with Associa home‑office procedures. • Provide excellent customer service and conflict resolution. • Collaborate effectively with others in person and in group settings. • Prioritize tasks, manage time, and meet deadlines.
