About the Role

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for daily maintenance tasks, including responding to service requests, performing repairs across multiple systems, and ensuring work orders are completed accurately and within 24 hours. The technician must communicate promptly with the property manager and keep tenants informed of any delays. • Assist with daily maintenance tasks and property make‑ready. • Respond promptly to service requests and maintenance issues. • Perform repairs on electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, HVAC, and grounds per guidelines. • Conduct general carpentry, including wallboard, countertop, cabinet, finish carpentry, and door/window repairs. • Ensure work orders are accurate and completed on time to company standards. • Complete maintenance requests within 24 hours and notify stakeholders of any delays. • Communicate maintenance updates promptly to the property manager. • Maintain confidentiality, professional appearance, and a clean driver’s license.

What You Bring

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least five years of property‑management or related experience, and a broad knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance and general maintenance. Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills are required, along with a valid driver’s license. • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent. • Bring at least five years of property‑management or related experience. • Possess broad knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance. • Have renovation, rehab, or minor construction experience. • Deliver excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. • Demonstrate strong organization, time‑management, and multitasking abilities. • Perform basic math and effectively defuse difficult situations.
