About the Role

The Compliance Inspector plays a pivotal role in fostering community within managed properties by inspecting sites, documenting issues, preparing clear reports, investigating alleged violations, noting maintenance concerns, and advising on regulatory updates for managers and boards. • Inspect properties on a scheduled basis from street view, especially in condominium communities. • Document violations, their frequency, and take photos when required. • Prepare clear, easy‑to‑understand reports for clients and Community Association Managers. • Investigate alleged code violations, assess validity, and propose tentative actions. • Record deferred maintenance and aesthetic issues to help maintain property standards. • Recommend rule amendments and advise on new compliance regulations for managers and boards. • Provide professional customer service consistently.

The ideal candidate possesses keen attention to detail, a solid work ethic, and the ability to master the complex dynamics of Community Associations, including civil code, governing documents, and company policies required to enforce client‑provided Rules & Regulations. • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). • Demonstrate strong professional communication skills across phone, interpersonal, written, and verbal channels. • Self‑motivated, proactive, detail‑oriented team player. • Manage time effectively and prioritize critical tasks.
