About the Role
In this role you will oversee the planning and execution of new‑equipment installation, construction, and modernization projects across the Ottawa territory. You will supervise mechanics and installation crews, manage budgets, and ensure projects are completed on schedule while maintaining safety standards. You will also perform regular safety audits, develop logistics plans, and coordinate material deliveries and purchase orders to support seamless project flow. • Direct and supervise field operations for new equipment installations in the Ottawa territory. • Lead construction mechanics and installation teams to meet estimate targets. • Manage project costs, ensuring they stay within estimates and develop contingencies. • Conduct field safety audits, jobsite inspections, and create safety/logistics plans. • Coordinate material deliveries and issue purchase orders. • Forecast and schedule labor resources to ensure on‑time project completion. • Provide field education training to maintain a safe working environment. • Build professional relationships with co‑workers, clients, government authorities, and project teams.
