About the Role
The Front Desk Agent is responsible for greeting visitors, verifying access, and acting as the gatekeeper for residences. The role includes handling package deliveries, vendor coordination, monitoring security cameras and exterior doors, and maintaining a clean, professional environment. • Greet visitors, vendors, residents, and guests while verifying and granting access to units. • Coordinate and manage deliveries of packages, flowers, and restaurant orders. • Monitor security cameras, exterior doors, and maintain a secure environment for residents. • Control guest and vendor access to residential floors. • Collaborate with building staff to meet resident and guest needs. • Communicate daily front desk procedures with unit owners, maintenance, and property management. • Keep all front desk areas clean and professional throughout the shift. • Follow safety and security policies, including crisis and emergency response. • Answer telephone calls clearly and professionally. • Perform tasks with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy. • Prioritize, organize, and solve problems using good judgment.

What You Bring
The position requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to remain calm in emergencies, and effective communication with residents, staff, and management. The agent must follow safety and security policies and work independently or as part of a team. • High school diploma or equivalent vocational training. • Fluency in English (verbal and written) with clear communication skills. • Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining confidentiality. • Proficiency in property management, computer, and point‑of‑sale systems. • Some college education or hospitality training (desired). • Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent (desired). • Spanish, Russian, or Portuguese language skills preferred.
