About the Role

Trainees will manage elevator and escalator projects in new construction and modernization, requiring geographic mobility and flexibility. They must ensure each project is completed on schedule, within budget, and complies with technical, financial, and regulatory standards. Key duties include coordinating contract activities from award to installation, reviewing project progress for scope alignment, and communicating with contractors, owners, architects, and regulatory agencies. Collaboration with internal sales, superintendents, and senior leadership is essential to meet financial and customer objectives, while handling billing, payments, RFIs, change orders, and cash flow optimization. • Deliver projects on schedule, within budget, meeting technical, financial, and regulatory standards. • Coordinate contract activities from award through installation or modernization. • Review project progress to ensure scope alignment with contract documents. • Liaise with contractors, owners, architects, and regulatory agencies on design and scheduling. • Collaborate with sales, superintendents, and leadership to achieve financial and customer goals. • Manage billing, payments, RFIs, change orders, and maximize project cash flow.
