About the Role

• Maintain communication with board and homeowners. • Schedule and prepare regular board meetings. • Respond promptly to homeowner requests. • Prepare and present the annual budget to the board. • Analyze monthly financial statements and generate variance reports. • Create monthly management reports. • Coordinate vendors for maintenance and special projects. • Oversee daily HOA operations. • Attend regular meetings with the management firm. • Supervise administrative and maintenance staff as needed. • Manage short‑ and long‑term HOA objectives and goals. • Develop and recommend the annual operating budget and mid‑year forecast with committee assistance. • Recommend and manage third‑party service providers and contractors. • Propose aesthetic, maintenance, and safety improvements monthly. • Participate in committee meetings (Finance, Infrastructure, Landscaping, Marine, Security) and guide strategy. • Supervise the on‑site work order process. • Collaborate with engineers, legal, insurance, construction, and marketing professionals. • Ensure execution of emergency and storm management activities. • Perform additional duties, including personal management of on‑site staff.

What You Bring
