About the Role

Key responsibilities include collaborating with the GM, AGM, and Grounds Committee to oversee routine and preventative maintenance as well as capital projects, and managing all maintenance contracts from RFP through vendor execution. The manager must interpret reserve studies, align budgeting and expenses, and supervise capital projects such as paving, roofing, sidewalk repair, and tree protection. Additional duties involve maintaining Excel reports and performing other assigned tasks. • Conduct routine and preventative maintenance oversight • Lead capital improvement projects (paving, roofing, sidewalks, tree protection) • Drive the full lifecycle of maintenance contracts, from RFP to vendor performance • Analyze reserve studies to ensure budget compliance • Generate and manage Excel reporting for operations • Communicate effectively with vendors, homeowners, and board members • Prioritize and track multiple projects concurrently

What You Bring

The HOA Community Operations Manager works onsite to ensure properties are well maintained, projects stay on schedule, and timelines are met. This role interacts with vendors, subcontractors, association members, homeowners, and the board of directors while overseeing multiple projects across facilities maintenance, custodial, landscaping, and lifestyle services. The ideal candidate is service‑minded, team‑oriented, and excels in communication, time management, and project management. Applicants need at least two years of community association management experience, with CMCA or AMS certification highly desired or supported by the company. Strong professional communication, conflict‑resolution, and collaborative management skills are required, along with self‑direction, proactive initiative, and meticulous attention to detail.
