About the Role
Associa is currently looking for a Community Director to join our team. The Community Director is responsible for administrative operations and supervision of a branch, including training, supervising, and evaluating staff and office operations. The role also involves participating in departmental committees and managing various structures, so specific duties will vary. • Act as primary liaison with the Association Board of Directors and homeowners. • Perform administrative and management duties per the Board's request and management agreement. • Develop and utilize community management tools such as calendars, action item lists, budgets, and procurement procedures. • Review monthly financial reports and submit management summaries to the Board. • Recommend major capital expenditures to maintain community appearance and operation. • Monitor delinquency rates and oversee the collections process for the account portfolio. • Attend Board meetings and community events as required. • Prepare Board packages within established time frames. • Notify the Board of any legal actions involving the Association. • Maintain unit and contract files related to Association operations. • Assist with architectural reviews and routine inspections as needed. • Maintain the C3 database and update resident information. • Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and performance evaluation for projects. • Oversee Associa staff in accordance with contract provisions. • Coordinate inspections of building facilities and common areas and follow up on actions. • Oversee the accounts payable process following Associa home office procedures. • Provide flexible, hands‑on support for any tasks requested by clients or Associa. • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all duties.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree desired. • 5–7 years of management or supervisory experience. • 3–7 years of community association and portfolio management experience. • Required certification credential. • Proficient knowledge of GAAP. • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). • Expert-level business correspondence skills (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling). • Strong professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal). • Self‑motivated, proactive, detail‑oriented team player. • Effective time management and priority‑setting skills.
