About the Role
Associa is seeking a VP of Information Technology Planning and Delivery. Reporting to the SVP, Chief Information & Transformation Officer, this senior technology leader will drive IT strategy, govern technology and transformation investments, and ensure successful delivery of scalable, secure, and business‑aligned solutions. The role bridges business strategy and technology execution, optimizes service delivery, and partners closely with executive leadership. The position is onsite five days a week at our Richardson, Texas location. • Mobilize, drive and execute multi-year IT strategies aligned with enterprise business objectives and growth plans. • Establish and oversee IT delivery governance frameworks, standards and policies leveraging practices such as ITIL, COBIT, and AI as applicable. • Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on technology investments, risks, and opportunities. • Ensure compliance with IT security, regulatory, and risk management requirements. • Define and roadmap digital transformation initiatives, including M&A integrations, platform modernization, and data capabilities with required change management. • Lead program executive communication and cadence through steering committees, status tracking, escalations, change control, and documentation. • Partner with internal and external cross‑functional transformation leadership to align and drive successful implementation plans. • Collaborate with the CFO on program financials, business case management, spend tracking, revenue assumptions, and change controls. • Align with the Program Management Office to meet enterprise governance expectations. • Work with HR leadership on program resourcing, ongoing resource planning, tracking, and requirements. • Coordinate with other leaders such as Corporate Accounting, Payroll, and Technology Operations as needed for transformation initiatives. • Partner with business leaders to identify and deliver innovative technology solutions that drive operational efficiency and growth. • Lead IT program portfolio management, ensuring prioritization aligns with strategic value. • Deliver scalable, secure, and sustainable technology solutions that meet investment objectives. • Establish program metrics and reporting to track delivery performance, benefits realization, and ROI. • Champion continuous improvement and innovation across business and IT functions. • Promote Agile, DevOps, and AI‑enabled software development life cycles to accelerate delivery, improve quality, and increase organizational adaptability. • Develop and align strategic relationships with technology vendors, system integrators, and service providers to ensure delivery value and alignment with objectives. • Drive financial project and department analysis with finance to provide visibility and manage investment spend. • Ensure routine alignment with the Program Management Office to meet enterprise expectations. • Drive, collaborate with, and influence high‑performing, diverse technology and functional teams across planning, delivery, and operations. • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation. • Hands‑on leadership in modernization initiatives such as cloud migration, ERP transformation, and data & analytics platforms.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. • 15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including senior management roles. • Demonstrated success leading enterprise‑scale technology programs and transformations. • Experience reporting to or partnering closely with C‑suite and executive leadership. • Familiarity with enterprise delivery frameworks (e.g., Agile, hybrid, waterfall) and modern SDLC practices. • Experience implementing or governing AI‑enabled solutions or advanced analytics platforms. • Experience operating in large, complex, multi‑site enterprises. • Prior ownership of enterprise PMO alignment and delivery governance at scale. • Experience driving Agile/DevOps transformation across multiple teams or portfolios.
