About the Role

The role involves planning, developing, and executing Associa’s cascaded business objectives through personal accountability and branch team leadership. It includes partnering with executive leaders to set policies, coordinate operations across branches, and manage budgeting and performance metrics such as Balanced Scorecards. The position oversees branch management agreements, accounts receivable collections, compliance with policies and laws, and provides mentoring and coaching to improve employee morale and client experience. It also evaluates performance, handles hiring and termination of executive staff, and participates in executive committees. Supervisory duties include managing a leadership team that supervises operations, services, communications, marketing, and maintenance departments, and handling all HR functions in line with organizational policies and legal requirements. • Plan, develop, and execute cascaded business objectives in partnership with executive leaders. • Coordinate policies, functions, and operations across branches, ancillary companies, and home office. • Lead branch budgeting and performance management using Balanced Scorecards. • Oversee branch management agreement renewals and drive higher adoption of ancillary services. • Prepare timely branch reports and financial statements to track objective completion. • Ensure timely accounts receivable collections and improve internal controls based on audit findings. • Educate branch teams on compliance with company policies, federal and state laws. • Mentor and coach branch teams to achieve annual and quarterly business goals. • Evaluate branch team performance and manage hiring and termination of executive staff. • Serve on executive committees covering management and operations. • Manage a leadership team supervising operations, services, communications, marketing, and maintenance departments. • Conduct HR functions: interviewing, hiring, training, performance appraisal, rewards, discipline, and problem resolution. • Apply business judgment to define problems, collect data, and develop conclusions. • Build effective relationships with boards, community members, vendors, and employees to resolve conflicts. • Provide leadership, empowerment, and talent management to develop subordinates. • Support marketing and sales on strategic accounts. • Sponsor and advocate for company strategic initiatives as requested.

What You Bring

The role requires a bachelor’s or advanced degree in business administration or a related field, at least five years of leadership experience in property management, and strong analytical, communication, and strategic planning abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and knowledge of community association financial practices are also essential. • Hold a bachelor’s or advanced degree in business administration or related field with 5+ years of leadership in property management. • Demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills to stakeholders. • Possess knowledge of community association management, financial budgeting, accounts payable, assessments, and general ledger. • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
