About the Role

The Sr. Sales Specialist, Service will drive territory sales, margin growth, and customer satisfaction in the Augusta, Macon, and Columbus, GA markets. This role focuses on prospecting, building and maintaining relationships, managing maintenance agreements, and acting as a technical sales consultant to expand the installed base and increase repair opportunities. • Prospect and build customer relationships to achieve sales targets. • Serve as technical sales consultant and manage territory sales and margin growth. • Retain and renew maintenance agreements through the MFA program. • Conduct sales planning and needs assessments to expand the installed base. • Resolve customer concerns in partnership with Operations and Service teams. • Collaborate with branch business development to identify new opportunities. • Communicate competitive feedback and market dynamics internally. • Track opportunities and forecast sales results using Otis sales tools and CRM.

What You Bring

• 2–4 years of outside sales or related experience in elevator, property management, building services, or HVAC sales. • Strong written and verbal communication skills and a customer‑centric mindset. • Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, team‑oriented environment. • Proficiency with Microsoft‑based software and CRM systems. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
