About the Role

This individual will serve as a liaison between the HOA management company and the residents while maintaining community standards. The role requires an organized, detail-oriented professional with excellent customer service skills who will play a key part in the success of a dynamic community. The dedicated employee will provide essential administrative support to our property management team, focusing on fostering a positive residential experience and ensuring smooth HOA operations in Frisco, TX. • Serve as first point of contact for residents, handling inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally. • Provide administrative support to the Association Manager and ensure smooth day-to-day HOA operations. • Communicate HOA policies, rules, and upcoming events via newsletters, emails, and community meetings. • Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and manage documentation for effective property management. • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings to optimize team productivity. • Mediate disputes and assist in resolving resident concerns according to community regulations. • Maintain databases for amenity access cards, gated entry systems, and resident updates. • Process access-card and reservation applications and prepare welcome packets for new owners or lessees. • Build positive relationships with clients, residents, and vendors, demonstrating excellent customer service. • Create and distribute marketing materials such as flyers, emails, website content, and newsletters to promote community events. • Conduct weekly inspections of residential properties to ensure compliance with HOA rules and report issues. • Track and report ongoing property-compliance concerns for timely resolution.

What You Bring

• Prior experience in HOA management, property inspection, community relations, or administrative support. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for addressing resident concerns effectively. • Familiarity with HOA governing documents, policies, and building codes (preferred). • Detail-oriented with ability to document findings and prepare accurate reports. • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and business correspondence. • Ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders, including community managers, vendors, peers, and clients. • Able to work collaboratively in person and group settings. • Excellent time-management, prioritization, and deadline-meeting skills. • Ability to interpret verbal and written instructions proficiently. • High School Diploma or GED required; at least one year of directly related experience. • Ability to work effectively in an on-site office setting.
