About the Role
• Manage field survey teams, delegate tasks, and coordinate with site supervisors and project managers to meet deadlines. • Lead building surveys, set out building grid lines, perform boundary surveys, and conduct leveling for construction projects. • Utilize GPS, GIS, total stations, and CAD software to create, maintain, and analyze survey drawings and maps. • Verify accuracy of measurements, calculations, and survey data to ensure compliance with standards and regulations. • Ensure surveying equipment is calibrated and maintained in working order.

What You Bring
• Apply 4–5+ years of land surveying experience, including supervisory roles. • Demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD, surveying software, and advanced surveying instruments. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in surveying or a related field such as Geomatics. • Possess a valid land surveyor license or certification where required. • Exhibit strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
