About the Role
The Field Executive will be responsible for carrying out all scheduled elevator maintenance and service visits within a defined geographic territory. You will respond quickly to breakdowns, aiming for first‑time fixes, perform minor repairs to keep elevators running, and work directly with customers on‑site to build strong relationships. • Perform 100% of elevator maintenance and service visits within assigned territory • Respond promptly to breakdowns to achieve first‑time fix • Conduct minor repairs to maintain continuous operation • Liaise directly with customers on‑site to build strong relationships

What You Bring
Successful candidates must have at least three years of experience in elevator maintenance, with solid skills in electronics, electrical and mechanical adjustments. They should be safety‑focused, analytical, and able to determine root causes, as well as comfortable communicating, working independently or in a team, and using digital tools. • Minimum 3 years of elevator maintenance experience • Proficient in electronics, electrical and mechanical adjustments • Strong analytical skills to identify root causes • Effective communication and teamwork abilities • Comfortable using electronic and digital tools • Intensive training in technology, processes and soft skills
