About the Role
The Community Association Manager oversees the day‑to‑day management of a portfolio of community associations, handling operations, financial oversight, vendor coordination, Board communication, and compliance with legal and policy requirements. Success in this role depends on proactive communication, sound judgment, strong organizational abilities, and a customer‑service mindset. • Manage daily community operations in line with governing documents, contracts, and policies. • Conduct property inspections and enforce compliance standards. • Support architectural review processes and coordinate vendor bids via clear RFPs. • Track contract and insurance expirations in personal and community calendars. • Serve as primary contact for Boards and residents, responding to calls within 24 hours and emails within 48 hours. • Provide weekly Board updates, training via Client Portal videos, and maintain professional communication. • Prepare and distribute meeting materials at least six days before meetings and send annual notices 30–60 days in advance. • Maintain a calendar of annual meetings and deadlines, and follow up with action‑step summaries within 24 hours. • Review and deliver financial statements to Boards within 1–2 business days; ensure monthly financials are sent by the 15th. • Notify supervisors of contract requests or major billable projects and submit invoices in PDF format. • Ensure all contracts and invoices contain correct Association and SBB details, keep vendor contact information current, and obtain Board member signatures on contracts. • Plan community events, secure bids early (e.g., holiday décor by August), and adhere to company compliance and reporting standards.

What You Bring
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and 2–5 years of relevant community‑management experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong written and verbal communication, time‑management, problem‑solving skills, and a customer‑service approach are required.
