Create, deploy, and manage Power BI dashboards while leading BI initiatives.

About the Role
• Ensure safety compliance in all work activities. • Refine and prioritize the BI team’s backlog. • Gather and translate requirements from Vulcraft divisions into actionable tasks. • Design, develop, deploy, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards. • Perform data modeling, analysis, and visualization projects. • Advocate for adoption of BI reports and dashboards organization‑wide. • Manage release cycles, testing procedures, and change requests for BI solutions. • Provide training and support for end‑users on BI tools. • Coordinate technical modifications to reports and maintain data integrity across divisions. • Conducted training sessions for individuals or groups.

What You Bring
We are looking for a qualified and energetic Power BI Developer to work with internal stakeholders on reports, dashboards, task prioritization, and championing business‑intelligence tools across the organization. The role requires a strong commitment to safety and may be based at the Nucor Detailing Center, Vulcraft Alabama, Vulcraft Texas, or Verco, with periodic domestic travel for projects or training. • Minimum 4 years experience creating and managing Power BI solutions. • Minimum 2 years in a senior or leadership role on a Scrum team. • Experience with Microsoft DevOps and Scrum methodologies. • Ability to refine, prioritize, and manage a Scrum backlog. • Skilled in collecting business requirements and breaking them into trackable tasks. • Familiarity with Databricks Unity Catalog and Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio. • Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
