About the Role
• Supervise association operations in line with management agreements and policies. • Act as primary liaison between the Board of Directors and homeowners. • Perform administrative duties and prepare Board packages as requested. • Develop and use community management tools such as calendars, action lists, and budgets. • Review monthly financial reports and provide summaries to the Board. • Recommend major capital expenditures to the Board and committees. • Monitor delinquency rates and manage collections for the portfolio. • Attend Board, committee meetings and community events as needed. • Maintain unit, contract, and resident information files, including the C3 database. • Manage vendors, procurement, and performance evaluations for projects and routine services. • Oversee staff according to contract terms and ensure compliance with AP processes.

What You Bring
Do you hold an AMS, have five or more years of industry experience, and have worked with condos, single‑family homes, and townhomes? The Community Association Manager provides overall supervision of a community association and interacts with homeowners, vendors, board members, and committee members. Physical requirements include the ability to sit, stand, walk, kneel, reach, stoop, crawl, talk, hear, push, pull, grasp, use hands and fingers, have clear vision, and lift up to 25 pounds. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Knowledge of homeowners associations, real‑estate, and board‑CAM interactions. • Strong written and verbal communication, customer service, and conflict‑resolution skills. • Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented team player with effective time‑management. • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred; must pass background check and drug screen. • 1‑3 years of community association experience required; CMCA certification preferred and required within 12 months.
