Job Highlights
About the Role
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to keep building systems efficient and structures in good condition. • Carry out carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs as needed. • Clean and repair fixtures such as lights, locks, windows, doors, screens, walls, floors, gutters, and drains. • Operate and maintain equipment and systems, performing routine repairs. • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers. • Safely use ladders up to 24‑28 ft and lift up to 20 lb frequently. • Operate smartphone, email, and vehicle for daily tasks and expense reports. • Provide own basic tools such as power drill, saw, screwdrivers, level, and hammer.

What You Bring
Associa is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to maintain and improve residential communities. The role involves ensuring safe, well‑maintained living environments for residents across managed properties. • Know general maintenance procedures, documentation, safety, reporting, and regulations. • Familiar with electrical and plumbing codes and OSHA safety standards. • Possess 3–5 years of related maintenance experience.
