About the Role

Administrative Assistants are the heart of our association‑management operations, ensuring smooth daily functions, serving as the primary communication hub, maintaining accurate records, coordinating schedules, and fostering strong relationships with clients, tenants, and vendors. • Provide crucial administrative support to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations. • Act as the central point of contact for internal and external communications. • Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and assist with documentation. • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings. • Build positive relationships with clients, tenants, and vendors. • Communicate effectively with community managers, vendors, peers, and clients. • Prioritize tasks, manage time, and meet deadlines.

What You Bring
