About the Role
The supervisor will direct and lead field operations for new equipment installations, supervise construction mechanics and installation teams, and ensure projects meet cost and schedule estimates. They will conduct safety audits, develop logistics plans, coordinate material deliveries, issue purchase orders, and maintain professional relationships with clients, project teams, government authorities and others. Additionally, they will forecast labor resources, schedule work, and drive efficiency improvements. • Lead field operations for new equipment installations and supervise construction and installation teams. • Ensure projects stay within cost estimates and meet schedule targets. • Conduct field safety audits, develop site safety and logistics plans, and perform jobsite inspections. • Coordinate material deliveries, issue purchase orders, and manage labor resource forecasting. • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, project managers, government authorities and field personnel.

What You Bring
Otis Elevator Company is seeking a motivated New Equipment Supervisor, Field Service for its Calgary branch. The role focuses on driving productivity and performance of new equipment projects, overseeing field operations, customer satisfaction and general business management. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a bachelor’s degree preferred. Candidates must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication, be comfortable in a technical environment using Microsoft software, and possess strong leadership, decision‑making, time‑management and organizational skills.
