About the Role
As Director, you will define and execute the vision and strategy for Otis’ portfolio of digital B2B elevator management products, ensuring they meet customer needs, differentiate in the market, and drive significant business growth. You will work with cross‑functional teams of designers, engineers, sales, marketing and operations, and you will be hands‑on throughout the software lifecycle from inception to end‑of‑life. Key responsibilities include developing strategic roadmaps, conducting market and user research, overseeing product execution using agile methods, leading go‑to‑market activities, managing product growth metrics, and serving as the primary interface for customers, partners and executive leadership. You will also own the P&L for the portfolio and be accountable for its overall success. • Define and execute product vision and strategy for the Elevator Management digital portfolio. • Lead end‑to‑end product lifecycle using agile/SCRUM, from ideation through release and post‑launch analysis. • Conduct market and user research to identify growth opportunities and differentiate products. • Collaborate with design, engineering, sales, marketing and operations to launch and scale products globally. • Own product P&L, set metrics, monitor KPIs, and drive adoption and revenue growth. • Communicate roadmap, performance and strategy to executives, customers and partners.
