About the Role
The Processing Center Admin Assistant is an internal‑customer‑oriented role that must prioritize and multitask quickly. The primary duties include receiving and processing print jobs, handling incoming and outgoing mail, scanning, filing, and supporting other administrative tasks. • Process incoming and outgoing mail • Monitor and inventory supplies • Manage client electronic and hardcopy records, including annual filings • Process new owner welcome packets • Change addresses and handle returned mail • Vault and e‑file various documents • Process print jobs, scanning, and faxing • Operate general office equipment (copier, fax, phone systems) • Deliver professional customer service
