About the Role
The Production Administrator works within the production control team to print and organize travelers, daily and weekly production schedules, and all related documents before and after production. Responsibilities also include auditing daily D365 production for errors, monitoring production reporting, assisting in inventory tracking and management, supporting D365 issue resolution and improvements, and monitoring and reporting scrap percentages in each department. • Print and organize travelers and daily/weekly production schedules and related documents. • Audit daily D365 production for errors and monitor production reporting. • Assist in inventory tracking and management. • Support D365 issue resolution and system improvements. • Monitor and report scrap percentages in each department. • Coordinate production schedules and manage documents with a focus on timeliness and accuracy.

What You Bring
Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; candidates must demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times. Minimum qualifications include proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, at least one year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, and demonstrated experience coordinating production schedules and managing documents for daily/weekly production with a focus on timeliness and accuracy. Preferred qualifications include experience with Power BI, production scheduling or planning experience, and familiarity with the D365 ERP system. • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs. • At least one year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment. • Experience with Power BI. • Production scheduling or planning experience. • Experience with the D365 ERP system.
