About the Role

The Community Director contributes to branch growth by overseeing community management, fostering positive relationships, supporting strategic planning and fiscal operations, and leading staff development. • Oversee community management operations for the branch. • Build positive relationships with board members, community managers, support staff, and vendors. • Assist with strategic planning, business development, and fiscal operations at the branch level. • Develop and implement policies and procedures to efficiently serve clients. • Serve as training liaison for community managers and support roles. • Manage people and teams, including 2–3 associations. • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all duties.
