About the Role

The Lifestyle Coordinator works closely with the management team, Board of Directors, and committee members to ensure residents enjoy a diverse range of activities, events, and fitness options. • Compile feedback and metrics to understand resident needs and set future goals. • Collaborate with community members, instructors, and maintenance to deliver quality experiences. • Identify activities, coordinate site and instructor requirements, and schedule programs. • Purchase, monitor, and maintain supplies and inventory for readiness. • Perform data entry and assigned administrative tasks. • Provide professional customer service.

What You Bring
